A Maintenance Diet-Friendly Chocolate!

Chocolate loving health coach, Laura Nelson, shares the recipe for her favorite guilt-free treat. This is a simple, super delicious recipe that has endless combinations to suit your taste. Here at NaturKur, this chocolate bar has proved to not last very long amongst our staff!

3 Ingredient Freezer Chocolate Bar


  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup cocoa powder and/or carob (mix them if you want!)
  • Sweeten to taste with any combination of liquid stevia and Truvia. (If not on a strict diet, maple syrup, agave, or honey would also be delicious!)
  • Optional add-ins: anything you like in a chocolate bar: dehydrated or dried fruit, coconut flakes/shreds, nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, etc.
  1. Melt coconut oil
  2. Stir in cocoa/carob powder
  3. Sweeten to taste
  4. Stir in the optional add-ins
  5. Pour or scoop mixture into 2 sandwich-size Ziploc baggies. Smush flat and refrigerate or freeze until solid. Break into bite-size pieces to eat!
